These terms govern the use of the eSahaye platform, operated by Linkluxe Global Solutions Private Limited. By purchasing a subscription or using the platform you accept these terms.
eSahaye is a private, subscription-based business-support software platform for independent online service centres. It is not a government website, department, franchise or authorised portal, and it does not issue any licence, certificate, approval or government job.
Subscription is granted to one service centre and is non-transferable. Login credentials must not be shared. Members are responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
eSahaye provides tools, information, digital resources, training material and support. Final decisions on any official application or service rest entirely with the concerned government department or third-party institution. eSahaye does not guarantee income, customers, profit or approval of any application.
Members must use the platform lawfully, must not misuse third-party links or resources, and must not resell, copy or redistribute platform content.
Subscription may be suspended or terminated for misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Linkluxe Global Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
