eSahaye subscription is a digital service that is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
Because access to the platform, digital resources and member material is granted instantly, subscription fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated.
If a payment is deducted but the subscription is not activated, or if a duplicate payment is made, write to us within 7 days with the payment reference. Verified failed or duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days.
A member may choose not to renew at the end of the 12-month term. Cancelling a subscription mid-term does not create a pro-rata refund.
